Tour our model home for ideas and inspiration. Here you'll meet the very team that will guide you through the entire build process. From your first tour of the model to receiving your keys, our team is excited to answer your questions and hear your ideas.

2 DESIGN& DISCOVERY

This is one of our customers favorite parts of the process - and one of ours too! Work with our design team and explore ideas for your dream home. We will take your personal lifestyle and goals and bring them to life in a floor plan that speaks to both you and your budget.

3 PREP PHASE

Our pre-construction phase buttons up all the details of your new home. After finalizing the contract, you'll receive personalized blue prints. While we undergo the permitting process, you'll explore your style as you select all your home's materials and finishes.

4 BUILD

Once the permit is received, we're ready to build! Construction updates throughout the build keep you updated on what's happening at your site weekly. You'll see exciting parts of the build whether you live near or far.

5 MOVE-IN

Receive your shiny new keys and get settled in! To us it's not a "Good Bye" but rather a "See you later!"

6 WARRANTY

You'll receive a 60-Day walkthrough and an 11-month walk-through. Service requests can be made through the "Warranty" tab here on our website.
